Do’s and Don’ts in a Communal Sauna

Do’s:

✅ Shower Before Entering – This keeps the sauna clean and hygienic for everyone.
✅ Bring a Towel – Sit or lie on a towel to absorb sweat and protect the benches.
✅ Respect Others’ Space – Be mindful of personal space and avoid crowding.
✅ Stay Hydrated – Drink water before and after your session to stay refreshed.
✅ Keep Conversations Low – A sauna is a place of relaxation; keep noise to a minimum.
✅ Follow Time Limits – Stick to 10-20 minute sessions to avoid overheating.
✅ Cool Down Properly – Step outside or take a cool shower before returning for another round.

Don’ts:

❌ Don’t Wear Strong Scents – Avoid perfumes or lotions that could be overwhelming in the heat.
❌ Don’t Bring Electronics – Phones and heat don’t mix, and others may want a digital detox.
