Stay mindful of how long you stay—10 to 15 minutes is usually enough. Always take your towel when leaving the sauna, it's good to move around the sauna not everyone likes to stay in the hot spot.

5. No Phones or Gadgets
Saunas are screen-free zones. Disconnect and enjoy the heat without distractions.

7. Wash Your Feet Before Entering
Always use the water bucket outside to rinse your feet before stepping into the sauna. It helps keep the space clean for everyone.
