Booking a private session means you and up to 7 more friends or family can relax at your leisure. We are on hand to guide you through your sauna experience explaining the benefits and best practise.

Do’s:

✅ Bring 2 Towels – Sit or lie on a towel to absorb sweat and protect the benches, one to dry off after dipping.

✅ Keep Conversations Low – A sauna is a place of relaxation; keep noise to a minimum.
✅ Follow Time Limits – Stick to 10-20 minute sessions to avoid overheating.
✅ Cool Down Properly – Step outside or take a cool shower before returning for another round.
